Returns & Exchanges
IN-STORE PURCHASES: We do not offer refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind. However, we are happy to offer an in store credit for all non sale or discounted items. They need to be returned in their original condition & packaging. Refunds will only be issued under standard Australian consumer law conditions. In accordance with these conditions, we reserve the right to have reasonable time to asses the items fault or defect before issuing the full refund.
ONLINE PURCHASES: If you discover any issues with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of receipt of your product at email@example.com As per Australian Consumer law we will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase, if the goods are found to be faulty or have a manufacturers defect. Refunds will include the delivery cost and will be issued via the original method of payment.
We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind, however we will be happy to provide an in store credit for non sale or discounted goods returned in their original packaging and condition. Delivery and return charges will be excluded from the refunded amount.
We package our products as best we can to ensure safe delivery while keeping shipping costs to a minimum. However should your goods arrive broken, we will happily issue you with a refund or exchange, but will request proof of the cause of the damage and time to asses who is at fault.
