These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.firstavenue.net.au and purchases of any goods from it. 

Please note; that by accessing, using or browsing our website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability ("Terms and Conditions"). First Avenue reserves the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without providing notice. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy Policy

First Avenue will not provide any details or information, which you give us to any other organisation or individual without your express permission or legal compulsion such as a Court order. We will comply with the Federal Privacy Commissioner's prevailing Privacy Principals in all respects, and in particular will not misuse your personal information for marketing purposes.

Product Information

All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars and where applicable, GST is included in the price.

Prices of products and other charges displayed are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.

We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of the products on our website, however if you think a product has been inaccurately represented, please contact us so the situation can be remedied at our agreement.

Payment

All purchases will be transacted in Australian Dollars, inclusive of GST where applicable. 

If you would prefer to pay by credit card over the phone, please call the store during opening hours, and we will process your order.

You will receive a confirmation via email upon the completion of your order and a Tax Invoice will be included in your parcel. If you do not wish to have an invoice included in the parcel, please leave us a note in the "Shipping Instructions" section when checking out. A Tax Invoice will then be emailed instead.

Processing

Most online orders placed before 12 noon are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon or outside our store opening hours, are usually processed the following working day. If we are unable to process your order within three days of receiving payment we will contact you via email to make alternative arrangements. You will receive an instant email confirmation of your order and a shipping confirmation email, once the order has been dispatched.

Although we aim to keep the information on our website as up-to-date and accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee that a product listed on the website will be available. If for some reason a product you have purchased is not available for immediate processing, we will contact you via email with the revised delivery time and you will receive a prompt refund, should you then wish to cancel your order.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately on +61 8 9257 1660. If the order has not been shipped, cancellation and a full refund will occur, however once the order has been shipped, we will revert to our returns policy.

Loyalty Program

By registering for our Loyalty Program, you agree to these terms and conditions. First Avenue reserves the right to change or update the Loyalty Program without providing notice. The program is only available to customers purchasing in our two stores in Kalamunda. Once registered, customers are required to spend an accumulated $200 in retail value inc GST on any products available in either store within a single month to achieve a VIP customer status. This new status will entitle the VIP customer to receive one free entry, for every accumulated $100 in retail value inc GST spent per single Month, into a draw for the chance to win one $500 voucher which are available to be spent in either store over the following three months. The draw will take place every first Saturday following the month of the customers spend. A lucky winner will be drawn every month and will be notified by Phone, Facebook and Instagram and their details of winning will be posted on First Avenue's Instagram and Facebook pages. The First Avenue Loyalty Reward Voucher Draw will be conducted in accordance with the WA Gaming and Wagering Commission Regulations 1988 - Regulation 36A and Schedule 5 - Prescribed conditions trade promotion lottery (Act s.102)

Be a Winner

We have an exciting new way of rewarding our loyal customers for their support each and every month. 

To join, simply register your details in either of our two stores or email your name, postal address and phone number to vip@firstavenue.net.au Then, when making a purchase, remember to give your name to your sales assistant so all transactions with First Avenue can be recorded for you. When you have accumulated purchases at either store to the value of $200 or more within one month, you will achieve VIP status. You will then be eligible to participate in our new VIP Monthly Reward Voucher draw.  

To be eligible to win, VIP status customers will receive one free entry for every accumulated $100 spent on any product, in either First Avenue store during each month. Each entry will give you a chance to win one $500.00 reward voucher. The winner will be drawn on the first Saturday of the month following their accumulated $100 or more spend. 

The winning VIP customer will be notified by phone and email and will be listed on First Avenue’s Facebook and Instagram accounts. The voucher will be available for spending immediately following the draw and will be valid to spend on any product for sale in either of our stores over the following three months. 

Also, as a Loyalty Member, we will keep you up to date via Facebook and Instagram of new products, promotions and exclusive up and coming events.
